What is a patient testimonial video?
A real patient, interviewed on camera at your practice, telling what was wrong, what you did, and how they are doing now. It is the social proof a new patient needs to know they are making the right choice in choosing you.
How many patients do you interview?
We interview 3 to 4 patients on a shoot day, plus 1 to 2 providers. We prepare everything and handle everything. We just need your help with scheduling.
What if my patients are nervous on camera?
It is an interview, so there is nothing to memorize and nothing to script. We know how to get the best out of every interview, and we edit it into something that looks great.
Where do patient videos get used?
On your website, in your TV commercials and in your social media ads. We cut long versions for your website and short versions for TV and social.
Why not just have patients record on their phone?
Phone videos are great and you should collect them too. A produced patient story is a different thing: a professional interviewer asking the right questions, real lighting and sound, and an edit that is ready for broadcast TV.
